Originally from Quispamsis NB, Keri-Lynn studied Sport & Exercise Psychology and Neuroscience at UNBSJ and then completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.  She has been working at Max Health on Mountain Road since 2014.  Keri-Lynn has a passion for learning and is always looking for ways to advance her knowledge.  She has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation which involves helping clients with dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues, including treatment for post-concussion and post-trauma vision syndromes.  She also has a strong interest in treating clients with neurological conditions and has recently completed the LSVT BIG certification for treating motor issues relating to Parkinson’s Disease.  In addition, she has completed extra course work in dry needling (IMS), running assessment and gait analysis, McKenzie techniques, Neurokinetic Therapy®, lymphatics, TMJ and more.  Her treatment approach uses a combination of manual therapy, education, mobility, and muscle testing to identify and correct muscle imbalances in athletes and people of all ages.

Outside of the clinic it’s likely that she’s off on an adventure – hiking, climbing, mountain biking, or multiday adventure racing.  She has been an RPM instructor at Goodlife Fitness since 2010 and loves to promote a healthy lifestyle for all.
